Shilling Brewing Co. is the first to bring the brewpub experience to the heart of Glasgow. A place where an appreciation of the art and science of brewing is at the core of what we do and for all to see, taste and enjoy.

Glasgow has been pioneering the perfect pint for over 400 years and the Shilling Brewing Co. is contributing to the next chapter in this story and has creating a space where everyone can discover and appreciate beer. This includes our range of beers brewed right here in our taproom, alongside a host of beers sourced from pioneering craft breweries and long-established household legends.

Alongside beer, pizza is our speciality; it’s a match made in heaven. Our pizzas are made from scratch in house and are cooked in our cupola oven and topped with a tempting array of fresh ingredients, resulting in the best pizzas, great for sharing along with a pint of your favourite beer.

Table bookings for parties of all sizes are always welcome and if you would like your own private space and keg, ask about hiring the brewers room!
